I have been using Trello for over a year. They are an email list application. The only downside to using them is that they are pretty expensive. The application is free to download. I pay a little over $29 a month to store messages and contacts. This cost was well worth it for Trello. Now I am using it on my phone and my computer to store my work and personal projects. It is so much easier to use and have fewer interruptions.
Trello is just like Asana, just with a few differences. Asana has a great community, but I am still able to use it. When I am taking a break from my project, I can always pop back to Trello to check it out. My only complaint is that I wish there was a setting to turn off the notification alerts.
Of course Trello is great, but asana’s community is a little less useful and more crowded, but Trello is a great alternative when you have a lot of work to do on a computer. I know, it’s just a matter of time before Trello is as indispensable as Asana. I’m sure the next version will see a better balance, but for now it is a great place to put work.
You can use Trello to collaborate on tasks, files, or any other kind of note. It is also more useful than Asana since it is more like a collaborative document.

I’ve always had a huge admiration for Asana, Trello, and Evernote. They’re all great ways to collaborate and put work away, but when you have to get it done, they all come crashing down. I’m not a fan of this asana vs trello vs monday thing. I love doing stuff and always have, but the three tools are very different than the way I’ve been using them in my life.

It lets me add notes into one place, and have different notes in different places. That lets me keep things organized and use it for things like my blog or my to-do list, rather than getting distracted by all the work I’ve completed in one place.
