I’m definitely not the type of person to believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m not sure if there’s any one approach to changing our habits. I believe it will take a combination of things to truly bring about lasting change. This is why I’ve put together a series of short video meditations to help you with your own personal journey.
I personally believe that you have to do something to change your habits, and I will outline some of the things I believe will help you do this.
The first part of the video series is what I call the “Five Minute Habit”. You can watch the video below to see this one. The second part of the video series is what I call the “Five Minute Habit”. You can watch the video below to see this one. I will discuss the other three parts of the video series in the next week or so, but I will talk more about the “Five Minute Habit” tonight.
The Five Minute Habit is a simple task that makes changing your habits much easier. It involves just a few simple things. So you can see all five of the video series in the links below. You only have to do this once a month, and I guarantee that you will see a dramatic difference in your life.
You have to start your habit today. You’re on the day that comes after today. I recommend that you start on the same week day that your habit ends. The Five Minute Habit is simple. It’s easy to do. So what’s the catch? The catch is that you have to do it for five minutes.
There is one catch, though. You have to begin your habit today. So you have to be on the same day that your habit ends. If you have to work on the weekend, then you can start on the same day. The Five Minute Habit is simple. Its easy to do. So whats the catch The catch is that you have to do it for five minutes.
The Five Minute Habit is a habit. You can do it once or multiple times. What you do with the habit is up to you. And the reason you might not want to do it is because you’re worried you’ll get bored. But if you really do want to change your habits, you can begin with five minutes.
It’s actually quite a powerful habit, so I’d recommend you do it. However, if you want to start with a more serious habit, you might want to start with a smaller amount. Try to get your habit down to five minutes. If you can do it once or twice, then maybe you should have it down to three. And if you’re really committed to getting rid of the habit, then you should cut it to two minutes.
We can all use a bit of fresh air on a day like this, right? After all, it is the middle part of the day. If you can really go for five minutes, that’s even better.
