Once you find any available updated version of Outlook, download and install it. Relaunch the application and send an email to check if the Outlook error persists. Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box, and then type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook in it and hit Enter. The ISO encourages those still using outdated tools...
