Lean is about the alignment of people and the organization around values and principles. Agile is about the alignment around standards and practices. When we are more aligned with our leaders and our values, they are more willing to take action.

Agile isn’t about having an organization that’s all about “me.” It’s about having an organization that’s all about “we.” Agile is about the alignment of individuals around shared values and principles. Achieving that alignment is more likely to produce measurable results.

Agile is not about us, its about them. Its about our organization and it’s leaders and its leaders being more aligned with what we want our organization to be. And most importantly, it is about how they are treating the people they lead.

The fact is, if you are in a competitive situation, you’re not going to be a leader in a competitive situation. If you are in a competitive situation with less people, you are not going to be a leader in a competitive situation. The fact is, if you are in a competitive situation with very small people, you are not going to be a leader in a competitive situation.

The problem is, in a competitive situation with very small people, you might actually need to be a leader. It turns out that one of the best ways to be a leader is to be one who is able to inspire his team. Unfortunately, in a competitive situation when you are trying to inspire your team, you are not going to be able to do that if you have a small staff.

The problem is that if you are trying to inspire your team in a competitive situation, you are not going to be able to do that if you have a small staff. You can’t inspire people to do something that they don’t want to do. You can’t inspire people to take on a task that they don’t want to take on if you have a small staff.

The most popular way to do that is to create something that looks like a game plan that shows the team to be a little bit more agile. A little bit of movement, and then a little bit of time to spend on it.

Of course, you can do this by creating something that looks like a game-plan, but you also need to show it to your team and show them something they don’t want to do, or you’ll never get anything done.
