There are a lot of different programming languages, and in the early 1970s when I first learned Lisp programming, I was able to write a small program in a few hours. Java was much, much larger and took me a few months to learn.
There is no shortage of programming languages, but there is a variety of languages that have their own particular set of skills that you can master. Java and C are two of the more popular languages today, though Python and JavaScript are also worth learning. I could write an entire book about what each language offers, but I think this is a good place to start.

If you didn’t want to add to the list, you could move the numbers object to a new location. You could also manipulate lists using the methods. For example, you could add the numbers to the end of the list, or create a “list of numbers.
